LG may not wait for Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to unveil its next phablet.

According to PhoneArena, the company has started sending out invites for a Korea event when the G Pro 2 may be unveiled, all in its 6-inch glory. Dubbed “Knock-knock knockin’ on,” the event will take place at the LG Twin Towers in Yeouido, Seoul, and unfortunately, truly yours won’t be attending it.

We can’t be 100% confident we’ll actually see the G Pro 2 announced at this time, but with all the leaks we’ve heard in the past few days, it’s hard to imagine what else LG could show us. Plus, that “knocking” name of the event clearly reminds us on LG’s Knock feature that allows users to awaken a sleeping handset by tapping on the screen twice. This capability was included with the LG G2, and we’ve no doubts it will also come included with the G Pro 2, as well. More to come, obviously. (intomobile)
