Back in September Microsoft announced the new Surface Pro 2 and Surface 2. Today Microsoft has finally announced when it will be available for purchase.
The Surface Power Cover will be available March 19th for $199. That may seem a bit pricey for a keyboard cover, but that’s for good reason. With a 30Wh battery the Power Cover can give your Surface tablet up to 70 percent more battery life. The typing experience on the Power Cover is similar to the original Type Cover, which means it isn’t backlit.
